What services do you offer?
We provide residential and light commercial plumbing, gasfitting, electrical, and carpentry services. Full renovations are available, including tile work.
What are your rates?
- Journeyman Plumber or Gasfitter: $120/hour
- Journeyman Carpenter: $85/hour
- Journeyman Electrician: $90/hour
- Apprentices: Please inquire for current rates
Are you available 24/7 for emergencies?
Emergency calls outside regular hours are limited and depend on journeyman availability. Most emergency repairs are handled during standard business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
Do you offer PNG rebates?
Yes! As a PNG Preferred Contractor, we provide:
- $100 rebates on qualifying furnace services
- $300 rebates on Smart Thermostat installs
We also work with CleanBC rebates to help you save even more.
We can assist with available rebates for qualifying installations. Currently, government programs have shifted away from high-efficiency furnace rebates and are focusing on heat pumps.
Heat Pump Rebates:
Variable rebates may be available for heat pump installations, and some programs are income-tested. Please inquire for the most up-to-date details, as rebate amounts and eligibility requirements can change frequently.
